1. They are both "bright" and resistant to tarnish. Even after being exposed to moisture, corrosive acids and gases, our hero, Stainless Steel, retains it's shiny exterior. (Cryptonite excluded.) 2. They both retain their strength under adversity. With exposure to extremely high or low temperatures, Stainless Steel retains its strength for long periods of time. 3. They don't taint food.
